BUL HANINE RE-DEVELOPMENT (PHASE-1B)

Scope of work consists of Bul Hanine oilfield redevelopment at Bul Hanine, Qatar. The phase 1b entails topsides for the four wellhead platforms and one manifold platform, a jacket weighing around 1,400 tonnes, 10 km of umbilicals, and 20 km of subsea pipelines.

The project is expected to more than double the field’s current production rate from 40,000 to 95,000 barrels a day (b/d) and extend the life of the field by over 25 years.

New wells will be drilled from the existing/modified well-head jackets, as well as from 14 new wellhead jackets. Both new and modified wellhead jackets, in addition to associated production and injection flowlines, will form parts of the project works. All wellheads stream fluids will be processed in the new offshore central complex, comprising of production, compression, utility and living quarter platforms, with topsides weight ranging from 4,000 to 14,000 tonnes.

ICP Foundry supplied bracelet and structure anodes for this project.
